In this post i will tell you how to do OIL PAINT with ur android phone.
First you have to download an app name - #SUPERPHOTO you can download it from play store.

After installing open the app & go to filters then PAINTING then select ur pic then w8 for a while now ur pic is ready save it. You can change the settings manually.
NOTE:- it looks like real but in some photo it makes some black spots in background.
