Today I'm posting a tutorial to change the background of any pic without Cropping or erasing the background.

Requirements
- Picsart
- Bokeh Effects (search on google BOKEH EFFECT)
Method
- Open Picsart & select a pic
- Then go to effects -> Blur & blur the background & change the setting to full
- Add bokeh image effect PNG or JPEG via add image then do darken, lighten, screen whatever looks real, set it!
- For real type look go to effects then select black and white effect!
- You also can add any colour png for good looks
