Royal Editing Tricks 8

Today I'm posting a tutorial to change the background of any pic without Cropping or erasing the background.
See the screenshots & read below for the tutorial.
After Editing

Requirements
  1. Picsart 
  2. Bokeh Effects (search on google BOKEH EFFECT)
Method
  1. Open Picsart & select a pic 
  2. Then go to effects -> Blur & blur the background & change the setting to full 
  3. Add bokeh image effect PNG or JPEG via add image then do darken, lighten, screen whatever looks real, set it!
  4. For real type look go to effects then select black and white effect!
  5. You also can add any colour png for good looks
